Whole30?

Has anybody tried Whole30, if so do you recommend to try it? I’ve been debating to buy some of the books.

I did it twice!!! I felt so amazing when I had finished but it was hard on my body for the first 2 weeks. I had cold after cold. But then I woke up one Thursday and was like " I feel amazing" 
My eyes were clear, my hair was shiny!! My energy levels were through the roof!!!! I haven t stayed on it because it is just a 30 day plan. But honestly it is amazing!!! Especially if you are looking for that "I'm glowing" feeling. I woke up before my alarm every day and felt great all day long

One of my friends just recently finished and she said by the middle of the second week it wasn’t hard, just more of craving certain things especially when it’s your time of the month. I’ve heard good things about it though!

I haven't tried it but my mom and aunt did and really enjoyed it. My mom said once she got into the swing of things it wasn't difficult to stick to or anything!

I just finished my first round April 25th.  I am working on reintroducing foods.  It is an eye opener to see how thing really effect is.  I highly recommend it., especially if you think you have food sensitivities.
The first week was a struggle, but after that I felt great.  Check out the website, join a social media support group, and meal prep.  It will be worth it.

I've done two rounds of whole30, and live a 85% whole30 life.  My first round was hard but super easy, if that makes sense. My second round was more difficult because my bf did it with me.  We actually ended on day 28 because he was over it.  Now I whole30 all week long and then on the weekends we go out.  I will admit that I've been wanting to do another true whole30 round but it is a lot more difficult after doing it already. It's a total mental game for me.  I'll do it and then the weekend will come and I'll be like "oh just one ice cream won't throw me off my game", and then 5 bowls later and I've got a headache and regret has set in.
I absolutely suggest it to anyone who is thinking about it.  Make sure to read the books, plan your meals, and ask any questions you have before getting started. It's difficult if you aren't in a group to help support you.  I had a friend start it and then stop because she didn't realize all the different types of sugars and how much she needed to read the labels (ingredients not just nutrition part).  
Do it, you won't regret it!!  Besides, it is only 30 days. Way shorter than being pregnant...
