It’s possible it’s spreading but i believe back pain can also be a uti symptom. Are you on antibiotics? If not you need to get to the doctors.

Hard to say...if ur not on any antibiotics then it's probably spreading into ur kidneys and blood stream. I made that mistake once and I was unbelievably ill.. High fever. All bad.
