I’m so confused

Glow said I ovulated on the 21of last month which I feel like I did bcuz I got EWCM. Been feeling weird after I ovulated. Then I had pink to red light spotting at 11-15dpo and it stop wasn’t like a period. Now I’m 17dpo and I took a ovulation test n it was almost as dark as the control line but I don’t ovulate again until 10 days from now according to glow.
