Helppp plssss

Small scratch marks on my vagina (soreness occurred 2 days ago after my bf fingered me)....... it hurts a little bit? Does it heal on its own???? Should I be concerned? Also I pee more than usual and it feels like I have a yeast infection!!!!! Any suggestions???? (He has not std or Any disease or any kind)
