Cheap Valentine's ideas?

My husband and I are expecting twins so were saving up everything we can, which doesn't leave anything over for a nice Valentine's gift, but I still want to give him something. He owns three restaurants and thus works a lot and he almost never have time off. I was thinking of baking something, but I'm hesitating as he's struggling with his weight and try to keep down sugar. He doesn't expect anything but it would still be nice to give him something.
