Anyone have or know someone who had an arm lift?

I’ve lost about 100 pounds and am finally at a normal weight. I have some loose skin in my thighs which doesn’t bother me much, but a TON in my arms. I don’t even feel comfortable wearing sleeves tops or even short short sleeves as there’s a big crease in my arm and the skin sags really bad. I’m thinking of getting an arm lift but I’ve never had surgery or been under anesthesia, so its pretty scary to me at the moment. Anyone have an arm lift? How was it? The recovery? Thanks!
