Can I use a diva cup with my IUD??

Help lol.
Can I use a diva cup I’ve heard conflicting arguments something about the suction effect. I have got the Mirena which was just placed to help with my endo however the adjustment period has been painful. It’s been four weeks.. I’m bleeding constantly and I would like another option besides pads.. can’t use tampons due to infection risk as a had a hysteroscopy.
Is it painful? How does it work? Any info would be appreciated.

The cup is perfectly fine to use with the coil. The suction from the cup is not sufficient enough to pull anything out

I've had a doctor previously say no. Just be careful taking the cup out it can trap the strings with suction and pull the IUD out too

Just make sure you break the suction first and when you pull it out to make sure you aren’t pulling the iud string with the cup. My gynecologist just said to be really careful but it’d be fine. I originally used the cup when I first got my iud and never had any problems with it. The only reason I stopped using it was because on Mirena I stopped bleeding so 🤷‍♀️
But I think as long as you are careful I think there isn’t a problem with using the cup

I just got my IUD last month and the nurse said the cup should be fine to use, but to wait until after the one month check up just to make sure it's still in place properly etc. She also advised that when I do use it, try release the suction with a finger and ease the cup out gently rather than just pulling it out to minimise the risk of pulling out of place.
