At what time of day shall i take ovulation test? And how many times i should test to track my cycle?

Answer

The opks I have used said to test in the afternoon. You can test every day to see if you get an LH surge. Some woment with pcos always have a LH surge and would not be able to use opks. I only tested once a day until I got a positive.
