Can teething cause green poop?

I EBF my 3 month old and the last week he has been teething (confirmed by a dr) he’s had some loose stools which I know can happen from swallowing so much saliva, but this morning his poop was green. Not dark, but like a green leaf. I’m so concerned. I know this can also be a sign of a dairy allergy.. I went dairy free for almost 3 weeks a while back (due to spit up issues) and that had no effect on him so I am eating dairy again.. please help 😭 he has no other symptoms of it but I don’t want to hurt his tummy.
