Pads, Tampons, Period Panties or Menstrual Cup?
I prefer pads because I don’t like anything stuck up in me pads can sometimes be messy but they are better than chemicals in my body (idk if this is true that chemicals are in tampons but I don’t wanna risk it) I heard that period panties are good too! Those are my top 2! ❤️😊
