When did you dilate?

Just curious when you mama's started dilating, and how long afterwards did you go into labor?

With my first I did not dialate until I went into labor (40+3). With my second I was started to dialate around 38 weeks and had a membrane sweep and went into labor within hours.

I’ve been dilated, only at 1cm since 32 weeks. I’m now 35 weeks still 1cm

With my first I delivered at 41 + 2 days. I wasn’t dilated the day before I went into labor. It means nothing sometimes.

I found out 36+3 that I was 1 cm and 60% effaced. 5 days before that I was THICK and still very high. It can change in a matter of just hours

I am 36. +3. I had a doctors appointment yesterday morning was dilated to a 1 50% effaced and was admitted last bright around 8:30 at 7 cm!

So pretty much I didn't dialate until baby was ready to come.
