To the woman who was crying in kaiser lab today

Hi all, I was in Kaiser San Jose medical center lab today for blood test and saw this woman crying and her husband consoling (~470 ticket no.) . She was crying so much that, even if I didn’t know her, I knew that she was suffering from a huge problem or loss.

I really wanted to talk to her and say that whatever she is suffering or going through, she would recover, happy times are ahead and that I would pray for her, but I was shy and felt that she might want to be alone. I couldn’t leave hospital for some time.
