Monitored baby’s heart rate today due to bleeding last night. Little lady was fine but I had fluctuating consistent contractions...

To me they feel like my uterus expands/shrinks and my breathing and chest gets so tight..

I have felt this for the past week and told my midwife and my midwife said not to worry.. Turns out I should have worried!

Lucky they weren’t changing my cervix but I’m being monitored even closer now due to past SCH.

Listen to your bodies ladies, not your midwife 🤣
