White, creamy, lotion like CM.. only 4 DPO, I think

Hello guys. I'm only 4 DPO, I think, I don't BBT. I'm having white, creamy, lotion consistency discharge along with nipple sensitivity but no breast soreness. Also weird, I've been having sinus congestion, with sneezing. Anyone else experience this so soon?
