Anyone have any tips on how to emotionally cope with a first miscarriage?
one moment I’m fine and the next I’m an absolute mess... I seem to be seeing pregnant posts/women everywhere atm and both my eldest nieces have announced their pregnancy...I’m so pleased for them but secretly I’m broken inside 😢
