***Sorry if I sound dumb on the subject****

Hey ladies, so I just had my 33 week appointment and based on my doctor and resident measurements( they both measured to see if it will come out the same) I am measuring at 37 weeks. What exactly does that mean? Does it mean that I got pregnant 4 weeks before we all thought I did and my due dates are off or does it just mean the baby is growing at a fast rate causing him to measure larger? She gave me an order for a growth scan to see if he’s truly measuring that far ahead or if it’s just the way he was laying causing him to make my uterus tilt forward..
