Creamy Discharge After Taking Take Action (plan b )

I took Take Action about 3 days ago and I haven’t had any spotting. I’ve just had really bad cramps, bloated, gassy, and white discharge. I also started birth control after I missed a few days on top of taking plan b and I’m just not sure if the pill failed or not and I could be pregnant. Has anyone else had these symptoms before?
