Do you think that someone who would abuse a dog would abuse a child?

Let’s say, for an example,

Someone were to have a dog lick their boob or their genitalia, and thinking it was funny.

Personally, I do not find that funny, and I would consider that a form of abuse towards the dog. I guess that would vary from person to person what animal abuse is.

But I am just curious if you would trust a person like that around your child.

Yes, what the person did technically did not hurt the animal.

Yes, the animal is just an animal.

Yes, a human is different than an animal.

So my real question for the poll is,

Do you think behavior like that would stay only towards animals?

Meaning the person would only behave that way towards an animal and not towards a person.
