Period implantation or miscarriage

HELP!!!! I had two miscarriages last year July and September and this time I’m 2 days late according to one app and supposed to start on Saturday according to this app. I have some cramping and spotting is light brown but I guess define “spotting” I’m curious as to what this is ... it’s not red or pink at all! I have every symptom if not more with this like I did with my first child. I currently don’t have insurance and really need to see about having hormone levels checked and a check up in general for this ... any ideas or suggestions or any input would be more than appreciated !!!!!!! Also I have ovarian cysts pretty bad sometimes or I used to anyway and I have every symptom of being pregnant ..
