hi my names Ariel 17 y/o and brand spankng new on this app so hi guysss 💕 umm for just about every time I've ever had to deal with my cycle I usually get these super tough cramps and throw up like ALL day on my very first day each time. I asked my doctor about it months ago and she said things were "normal" but I highly doubt that. any suggestions? anyone know how to help relieve

the stress or what the issue could really be... and no I can't take any birth control...? help please.
