Ugh it hurts!

I'm 15 weeks pregnant. At the beginning of my pregnancy I completely lost my sex drive and it is slowly coming back. When my husband and I have sex it is so painful afterwards. I have cramps and throbbing pain and sometimes spotting. The dr gave us the go ahead and said everything was fine but it DOES NOT feel fine! I was so glad my sex drive was coming back but these days it seems like it would be so much easier for me to do the deed myself and have no pain afterwards but I know it's not fair to my husband. Please tell me I'm not the only one going through this and if you went through it if there was anything you did to help?
