So, today I had an ultrasound done. They looked at my ovaries and uterus.

They went in a long message saying I need to start birth control to stop me from ovulation. Then they will go in vaginally, and through my uretha(not sure how to spell that) and while they’re in there they will remove linings, clean my tubes if they’re clogged, and anything else needed while they’re in there. I’ll be awake but IV sedated. Sure nervous, but will do anything to have a little one!
