So I’ve had many other symptoms but a new one that started when I was 6dpo was feeling sick after I had a bath or a shower. Does anyone else get this?

I’m kinda scared..
I had a shower earlier today, I was fine two minutes coming out but then I had to sit down cuz I felt so crappy. I ended up having mild diarrhea but after 15 I was okay again.
What’s going on???
