Fertility supplements?

Good morning! My husband and i have been TTC for 13 months now. We got pregnant back in October but we had a miscarriage. I am thinking of possibly trying a fertility supplement. Do they work? Has anyone tried before? We want to try something before going to the doctor.

My doctor recommended CoQ10 so we both take it. Also a multivitamin for your partner! Are you seeing a fertility specialist yet? There are some other ones to take if you get a semen analysis done.

What are you looking into? Some can really mess with your cycle. The only one I take consistently besides my prenatal and ovasitol because I have PCOS is coenzyme Q10- it's supposed to help with egg quality.
