We are just starting our journey now, got dates for April to have internal ultrasound and hubby have semen analysis. April seems so far away! We have one little boy already and we are so ready to be pregnant again.

My husband got diagnosed with bowel cancer last year so due to all his treatment he's most probably been left infertile and impotent. If all this hadn't happened we would have started trying maybe a year ago.

Just wanted to hear some of your stories, see what's in store and how long the process is.
