SOMEONE NEEDS TO EXPLAIN WHY THEY ARE SMELLING LIKE MAPLE SYRUP?!? 😕 I just started drinking tons...am I going to smell like maple syrup?

I would suggest oatmeal! Drink a hot milky oatmeal when you nurse, or drink a non alcoholic beer once a day or as you need it.  Drink more fluids than you want to and eat whenever you’re hungry.  I’ve heard enough people say fenugreek drops their supply, and store bought lactation snacks are absurdly expensive for what they are when there are other things that help supply as much or better.

Children’s hospital of Wisconsin told to me take that to increase my milk supply when I had a very sick baby in the icu. I didn’t because I didn’t want to smell like maple syrup when I wasn’t showing daily due to living on a hospital couch.
