Estimated 9lbs 4 oz

So I am 40+1 today and I had an ultrasound where they are estimating 9lbs 4oz, although they can be off by a lb they said they still are concerned she’s rather large. They also said they are unsure about my pelvic 🤷‍♀️ and are suggesting I schedule a c section. I told them I would rather try to be induced and go from there. So on Wednesday they are having me come in 7:30pm to start with cervidel (sp?) and if it does nothing they will give me a c section. Has anyone had any similar situations? I didn’t expect a c section at all so I’m not sure what to think.
