I’ll be 39 weeks tomorrow and the last few night I’ve felt what I assumed were contractions. I’m a FTM and wasn’t completely sure though. They would fizzle through the day, so nothing consistent. I was afraid at my appt today my doctor would say “no progress just Braxton Hicks) BUT instead she said I’m 2cm dilated and 50% effaced. Made me feel vindicated that my pain was real and it wasn’t for nothing! I know she could still be a ways away but I was just happy with news of progression!
