App Recommendations
I was always very fit prior to pregnancy and during my pregnancy. After my emergency C-section I have lost my body completely. I don’t recognize myself anymore and I am ready to fix that. With my busy schedule I need to squeeze in workouts with my baby throughout the day. Does anyone have any app recommendations that they use? I need something that will motivate me and keep me on track.
