So honestly I feel kind of embarrassed to post this but looking back on these photos I’m proud of myself as well. I am only nine weeks postpartum and I’ve been working out 4-5 times a week! I’ve noticed that my arms are getting stronger and my stomach is getting smaller! I’m determined to be one strong mama!
