Can I get some opinions from you ladies?

So my period starts in 4-5 days and usually my boobs would be killing me by now they always start hurting right after I ovulate that’s how I know i’m getting my period but this month was different my boobs didn’t start hurting till like 5-6 days after I ovulated which I found completely weird and now my boobs don’t hurt at all like at all and i’m having watery discharge and frequent urination , so what I need your opinion in is could this be a really good sign of pregnancy ??
