Skin thing.

So about a week and a half ago i started getting these weird dots, i thought they were pimples so i tried popping one. But nothing happened so i left it alone, then i thought it was a rash, so i started putting lotion on it. Nothing seem to help, well now they are spreading, there all over my stomach, there are some on my breasts, and then on the inside of my right thigh and then right above my buttcrack. They itch and they arent chickenpox because i havent had a fever.
