I have always loved the name Jack. Ever since my Uncle Jack died when I was 8, I’ve told my family that my first son would be named Jack.

I have 3 friends (not super close friends) whose sons are named Jack. Today, one of my best friends just told me that she is naming her son Jack. My husband says it’s not a big deal, but his name is Mike so he’s used to people having the same name as him😂

I’m not even sure if I’m having a boy yet (I find out the gender in a week), but if it IS a boy, I’m just not sure what to do.

Do you all actually care if your child has the same name as someone else’s child? Or is it not a big deal to you? If it’s not a big deal, please tell me why so I can hear your perspective💛
