Was i wrong or right?

My sister came over and kept throwing my things on the floors, he found one of my dvd’s and i told him not to touch it, i took it away and he cried so loud my soster just came him back and i didn’t see that, i hears a snap noice, he broke the dvd, i said “i told you not to touch that” while screaming a little he threw himself on the ground and yell and cried at the top of his lungs. My sister yelled at me saying it’s not his fault he didn’t know.

Was i in the wrong or did i had the right to rise my voice?

He is 2 and she is 29
