I didn’t have much interest the first trimester with either baby, but after that I had it almost every day, sometimes twice. My children were both born full term and healthy

I didn’t have coffee at all with my first.. this time I’m having it daily since the second trimester started. Momma is tired!!! Working full time and caring for a toddler when I get home is exhausting. 😩

I bought some really good decaf (water pressed, not chemically removed) and I mix it with real coffee...then I have two cups

My OB said one cup of coffee a day is fine, so most days I am all over that one cup in the morning 😊.

None in the first trimester but only because everything about it turned me off.
Near the end of my second tri, I started having one coffee a day in the morning. I also eat chocolate , have decaf coffee/tea  if I feel like I want an extra cup.
supposedly you are allowed 2 coffee per day. my sisters all did and their kids are perfect.

I have one cup a day if not less. I was never a huge coffee drinker. I just love the taste.
