Insanity max 30 whilst pregnant???

Hi all.
I have been doing insanity max 30 religiously for around a year and a half. I'm currently around 4 weeks pregnant and wondering if any of you ladies have done it whilst pregnant? I dont have my appointment for midwife yet to have asked her! Any advice would be great! X

I was told I could keep doing what I was already doing, but not to start anything new.

You can keep up the same activities that you did before becoming pregnant, unless it causes trauma to your tummy.
