Extreme stomach aches

Hey eve friends! For a couple years now I have been dealing with random stomach aches that are so bad I cannot walk. They happen when I’m not on my period and I really can’t seem to connect the dots yet on anything like certain foods causing this. I’ve googled a ton of stuff but I wanna hear from real women who may be dealing with the same thing. If so how do you treat it? I missed work yesterday beachside this one was so bad. I also don’t have health insurance so it’s not too easy for me to get to a doc at the moment. Thanks!
