Malasma in boobs 😩

Serge

I’m a FTM while I read of stretch marks, malasma in the face. I got prepare applying sunscreen on my face and stretch marks cream on my stomach, thighs.

But my boobs been getting malasma and there’s nothing I can do but applying Vitamins e oil since I’m scare of adding any over the counter lighting cream

I feel so disgustingly ugly when I take off my clothes 😩

I had this on each side of my breast with my daughter. However, it was two spots about an inch, inch and a half long on each side. It wasn’t this covered but I was worried because it looked like bruises on the sides of my breast like I’ve been hit by someone. My doctor told me it’s common in women of color and that also, it more than likely goes away after baby but of course he didn’t want to 100% guarantee it would. Mine completely disappeared after I had my daughter just the first like 2/3 months I don’t remember them being there anymore. I’m thinking yours will do the same it just may take a little more time since it’s covering a larger area of the skin. Not sure. But it’s kinda like when we have our babies our stomachs are super dark.... you just have to give it time after having the baby to go back to normal. Don’t worry.

Yes I’m only 15 weeks and I’m starting to get it around each areola... and I see it starting on the side of my right breast ever so lightly. I don’t think vitamin e oil and stuff works for this. It’s more like a waiting game after baby because the hormones are still raging through your body as long as you’re carrying. After your baby I think the oils and such would help them disappear faster as your hormones go back to normal.

Stretch marks will come no matter what it's genetics

It’s not stretch marks... it’s hyperpigmentation of the skin caused by pregnancy hormones. Many women of color are prone to this. Check my original comment @Serge.

It won’t go away as long as you’re still pregnant. It happened to me while I was pregnant with my daughter. But like a month or a month and a half after I had her I was back to my regular color.

I’m having a boy! I wanted a girl, I too went through gender disappointment I had to get over lol from day 1 everyone said I was having a boy, all the old wives tales were actually true for me. I was never sick, my journey actually been a smooth ride so far beside the dark spots on my boobs lol

Glad to be reassuring to you, I pretty confident I’m having another girl according to my 13 week scan. I would be HIGHLY surprised if it turned out to be a boy at my anatomy scan. Initially I wanted a boy, just for the difference in experience, so when the tech guessed girl and I do too from what I saw... I was on that brink of tears (gender disappointment). Then a few days later I thought about it ... about how my daughter now will have a sister to bond with it totally changed my perception! What about you
