Piercings

I got my 2nd and 3rd holes done at a piercing shop in my mall on December 8 2018. It is now February 9, 2019 and Idk what is wrong with my 3rd hole. My 2nd one healed up fine with no problem, but my 3rd is a whole different story. I had small post earrings in them and my ear swelled up around them so I had to go back to the piercer and they put they hoops I have in now. I have done the after care pretty much perfectly. Now I have them blister like bumps in the front and back of the top of the piercings. I have popped them multiple times and a whiteish liquid comes out. They aren’t keloid scares. Idk what I should do now. They are still sore too. I can still move the earring around. It feels like the 3rd ones sit right under where my cartilage starts so maybe that is causing the problem? Idk though so can anyone please help me?? Anyone know what they are and how I can treat it?
