Ewwww....

Is anyone else feeling smelly all the time down there?currently 31 weeks pregnant and it doesn't matter how many showers I take I feel like my vagina always wet and smelly lol. No yeast infections or anything like that. My Dr. Has checked me like 5 times and is always negative. I was wondering if other women feel like that :(
