Shallowed yesterday.. woke up with swollen face and a sore throat

I gave my man head last night.. he came, i shallowed. It didn’t go anywhere expect my mouth. Then I woke up this morning to a swollen face and an itchy/sore throat. Now i did also wake up to getting my period but I’ve never gotten a swollen face and ore throat bc of it. I looked up semen allergy but it only talked about semen being on the vagina or skin and that causing a skin breakout or pain to the vag. That didn’t happen.. but is it possible for me shallowing being the reason for my swollen face and sore throat?
