Hi ladies! I meant to post this here...

Not exactly just about breastfeeding, but... I just started using the haakaa while breastfeeding to catch the milk on the opposite breast while feeding. For anyone that uses this, do you typically still offer that breast to the baby? I guess what I mean is, is there enough milk left to have any left for the baby to drink at the point? I know milk is constantly being produced and all that but I mean any amount more than that. I am not sure if it's just collecting the extra milk that would have been lost in a breast pad or if I am emptying the breast at the same time. The first two times I used it I got two oz and 1 oz, but that probably has to do with the fact that I have one breast that milk comes out of more easily.

Thoughts? I appreciate any feedback.
