Yeast infection + period???

Okay so I didn’t properly treat my last yeast infection because I’m too scared to talk to my mom, and now I have another one, and this one has been going on for forever. I mean a couple of weeks. It stopped itching and burning yesterday, but the amount of discharge DOUBLED. It was yellowish instead of white. Also I should note I woke up and there was blood in my pants (my vagina had that weird gritty feeling it gets when I’m on my period, so I went to put a pad on, but there was barely any blood. It was like, little spots.) and, again, barely any blood. I’ve been bleeding less and less on my periods but this is a record low. I’m not much cramping, I do feel like I have to poop even though I don’t, and my lower back hurts, so I thought I was on my period, but the amount of bleeding I’m NOT doing is worrying me. Especially since my yeast infection isn’t entirely gone.

I’ve had this pad on for about an hour and a half. There is only a penny sized drop of bright red blood on it. Wtf is going on??

Note: I can’t talk to my mom, she’s not an option. She won’t take me to the doctor. I know she won’t because my brother was literally dying once of anaphylactic shock and she didn’t want to take him to the ER. I also don’t want to be asked questions about masturbation even though I haven’t masturbated in forever, just tried to scratch all the fucking yeast out.
