Implantation bleeding?

Yesterday I had 3 small blood spots in my underwear.

I was supposed to have my period 2 weeks ago but instead I had 2ish days of egg white CM. So just incase my cycle was off we baby danced. Fast forward a week to last night and I was having cramping and then the spotting occurred. So I assumed my period was starting but this morning nothing. No period, cramps, or spotting.

Anybody have any thoughts on this?
