Diarrhea and Cramping?

I am 19 + 3 today and came home from work Thursday with some nausea and diarrhea. I stayed home from work on Friday still with Diarrhea, and today still have gone a few times but the severity continues to lessen.

However, my concern is abdominal cramping. I have lower abdominal pressure, but I’m assuming it’s from the stomach flu (I’m a teacher also, so catching illnesses the kids bring isn’t uncommon).

I planned to contact my doctor Monday if I still feel discomfort but could use some reassurance. 😥
