So I went to the hospital about 3 days ago I’m about 6 1/2 weeks along due to me vomiting and receiving a sharp pain on my left ovary after me vomiting (which I read is NORMAL) i went to the Er just to make sure I didn’t have any cysts that burst etc since this sharp pain was pretty bad.. I explained to my doctor about my pain after considering the fact that I had never had this pain prior to vomiting. My nausea has been TERRIBLE for the past week and I haven’t really thrown up till that day. Fast forward they do a pap & vaginal ultrasound on me. I HAVE NOT ONCE SPOTTED prior to this visit till I got the ultrasound completed (which I heard is also normal after receiving an ultrasound that you sometimes you will spot) these girls were in my vag for about 30 min swabbing through my croch with that dam machine which I admit was a little painful. My scan was completed and they found no cyst on my left ovary, and my corpus luteum cyst is on my right my baby measured at 6 weeks 4 days (which is right on track compared to my due date) with a heartrate of 118BPM... the ER doctor explained to me that I am having a threatened miscarriage due to my “spotting” which I never had prior to this, my “pain” which I never had till a vomited and he would like for my babies heartrate to be at LEAST 150bpm this early on? Am I going crazy bc everywhere else I looked the NORM for a 6-7 week old baby is 90-110BPM?
