11 DPO symptoms?

My period is due Monday! I had a noticeable cramp 6 DPO. Today (11 DPO) I’m having some lower back pain and a pain in my right leg that feels really similar to growing pains.. has anybody felt this before a BFP?! please let me know I’m too scared to test lol I don’t wanna see my 13th negative in a row.
