So let's say kids went through school normally up until high school. They learned math, history, science, etc. Towards the end of high school, kids had to take a mandatory assessment to take a look at their skills, personality, assets, what they enjoy, etc. That data is analyzed and based off their results and the demands of each profession, they're placed into a program that trains them for the field that they're assigned.

For the sake of the poll:

-Lets assume all professions receive the same wages and they're wage you can live comfortably on.

-Lets assume all training is paid for and comes with 0 debt.
