Ive tried Liquid gold, milkapalooza , pump princess and cash cow and the best has been LG, PP and CC. Milkapaooza for some reason dried up my milk? Im currently taking PP/CC and love the combination. I dont pump but i feel like my baby is getting fuller and the milk flow is more consistent ..

Liquid Gold and Cash Cow. LG increased my output decently and with Cash Cow I get super creamy and fatty milk. With the latter especially it was a remarkable difference. I am trying milkapalooza now, but it’s only been a day.

Also I don't know about this brand but Mommh knows best brand has goats rue and they give 100% refund if any of their products don't work for you! :)

Liquid gold..goats rue. Is amazing! It increases the growth of mammary glands resulting in more milk, also bigger breasts. I went from a C to DD taking it and my milk supply increased almost 2oz each pump session.
