Have any ladies used Upspring Fertility+ and had it delay their period?? I started it 4 days after my period ended (January 11th) and took the last capsule February 9th (30 in total). I’ve researched my heart out and all resources state you can start Upring Fertility+ at any point in your cycle, as it does not delay periods, but in fact regulates them. So I’m at my wits end here! Any ladies going through this? Last period started January 2nd, it’s now February 10th here (Japan time).
